The residential complex "Torre de Monaldeschi" is built on a plot of land of about 12 Ha owned by the company Domuscultae SpA.
The construction project consists of a total of 70 exclusive houses and a resort, with high standard sport, leisure and cultural facilities aimed at preserving the historical and artistic value of that area.
The project features various different storey houses, with an organic architecture in the typical "Umbrian–Tuscan Style", through the use of bulkheads in natural stone and traditional cotto roofs. Local building methods followed since medieval times in central Italy are matched with modern concepts using natural and non-pollutant materials, such as non-treated woods, stone, cotto and ceramica tiles.
